When can I take this course?
- Secondary degree
- 21 contact hours of training in agile practices
- 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement but is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP
- 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years
Who Should Apply?
If you work on agile teams or if your organization is adopting agile practices, the PMI-ACP is a good choice for you. The PMI-ACP is evidence of your real-world, hands-on experience and skill as part of an agile team.
Gain and Maintain Your PMI-ACP
- The certification exam has 120 multiple-choice questions and you have three hours to complete it.
- To maintain your PMI-ACP, you must earn 30 professional development units (PDUs) in agile topics every three years.

FAQ's
While there is no prerequisite for the DASM course, we do recommend optional pre-work to get the most value out of the training, testing, and overall experience, including –
- Familiarity with common agile concepts and terminology.
- Review Choose Your WoW’s key areas that address learning objectives.
- Take notes during the training workshop and review the workbook.
- Organize a virtual study group to confirm understanding of processes, application, and concepts addressed in training.
The DASM course duration is 3 days. You will receive a link to take the DASM exam and you can take the test within 60 days.
If you’re a manager who’s new to the Agile way of working., or a manager looking for growth opportunities by upskilling, or a Product/Architecture Owners looking to initiate an agile team.
The DASM Certificate is provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
The DASM certification is good for one year. To renew the certification, you must earn 7 PDUs in agile topics and pay the $50 renewal fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable if the registrant cancels, however, they are fully transferable to another attendee.
