  • Complete the course and attain the DAVSC Trained badge.
  • Accept the invitation to the exclusive DAVSC Community of Practice, where you will gain additional resources and support as you start to practice the skills you learned and prepare for certification.
  • After 3 months of membership and practice in the community, you will be eligible to register for the DAVSC exam. The DAVSC exam fee is included in the course tuition.
  • Pass the exam and claim your DAVSC Certified badge.
  • Prerequisites
  • There are no prerequisites to enroll in the course; however, agile experience is beneficial as this is an advanced level course. Upon completing the course, PMI will issue all attendees the “DAVSC Trained” Credly badge for recognition. There are prerequisites for PMI DAVSC certification. You need three years of agile experience and the PMI Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) certification to qualify for the certification exam.

  • This course will be delivered across 4 consecutive days, each day will be 6 hours in duration.
  • The 4 day workshop will be delivered via Zoom and this workshop is loaded with a range of concepts, methods, interactive activities, exercises, and templates.

It's great to get a certification to confirm you understand the terms and concepts used by professionals; but it's even better when you know you can apply them in practise and help develop them in others. Agility Academy Trainer's "Certified Kanban Coach" course gave us the chance to compare and understand the Kanban practise as a group. As with his other courses he has clever examples, enjoyable exercises and gently guides the group as it needs. Debate is encouraged and comparisons and complications are shared. We had international participants from industries covering Finance, Software, Construction and Academia. In addition to covering the official training material for the certification we explored real world challenges such as Kanban in the construction industry where external factors such as supply disruptions are typical. There are many options to get a certificate but this course provided more than the confidence to pass the exam.
