I cannot believe how much I learned from the Enterprise Agility Foundations (Certified Change Consultant) Training facilitated by Agility Academy Trainer! I am working as a Change Manager on a large Agile Transformation and finally everything is starting to connect for me. Understanding how an organization can deliver value quickly while ensuring core elements of organizational health are not neglected, will be a large part of our sustainability model. Thank you Agility Academy Trainer for sharing your practical knowledge and experience, I really appreciate it!

The instructor was well knowledgeable and was able to articulate all topics in a smooth and efficient manner. Moreover, as the course is dynamic regarding expanding the horizons, I've noticed he was capable to pivot between the agenda and these other conversations in such a manner that didn't compromise the agenda and schedule.

Kanban course was run by Agility Academy Trainer who is very knowledgeable and responded to questions in a friendly considered way. Agility Academy Trainer made the course interesting by including different activities like quizzes, videos and structured learning games. The online group activity worked well and was thought provoking, generating ongoing discussion. I learnt a lot in a non threatening on-line environment. I have signed up for another course because I enjoyed the first one so much.

It's great to get a certification to confirm you understand the terms and concepts used by professionals; but it's even better when you know you can apply them in practise and help develop them in others. Agility Academy Trainer's "Certified Kanban Coach" course gave us the chance to compare and understand the Kanban practise as a group. As with his other courses he has clever examples, enjoyable exercises and gently guides the group as it needs. Debate is encouraged and comparisons and complications are shared. We had international participants from industries covering Finance, Software, Construction and Academia. In addition to covering the official training material for the certification we explored real world challenges such as Kanban in the construction industry where external factors such as supply disruptions are typical. There are many options to get a certificate but this course provided more than the confidence to pass the exam.

Agility Academy Trainer conducted the sessions in an engaging way with emphasis on implementation/application of concepts. His frequently sought feedback from his participants. The participants were from 5 countries and 5 timezones. Average work experience of participant group was ~14 years. Agility Academy Trainer was diligent to invoke participation and enthusiasm from all. He effortlessly moved between the topics and tied them together beautifully in the end. When I wrote the exam, some of the tips that Agility Academy Trainer gave rung in my ears and that helped me clear the exam. It was an enriching and joyful experience and I recommend courses from this trainer.

The entire session(SAFe PO/PM) hosted by Agility Academy Trainer was very informative and provides good insights on the topic. This session will be of great help in the exam preparations for sure. Highly recommended 🙂

Agility Academy Trainer is a seasoned trainer with good experience in the Agile space. I attended 2 days DA Senior Scrum Master course with him and the way the training was delivered is fantastic as i got answers to some of the questions on my mind which will help me take my carrer to the next level.
